So 2022 digging season is probably done, lost last weekend and today was just too tired.
The simplex like normal has been amazing and the only thing wrong with it is the amount of time I spend in the woods… I have barely been out and my junk level this year is actually really low and it’s always bang on… most people hate digging bottle tops or pull tabs but since I almost only do old 1800’s homesteads my nemesis is the stove piece and yes they sound great.
I got the simplex a few years back but broke my leg not long after getting it and last year I was still in recovery so finds were low.
The pics of my finds displayed in my house, I have boxes of iron finds and my jeep is full all the time.
