Absolutely lovely morning, ground drying nicely so had a change of scenery and tried a stubble field. Normally I hate stubble but it seems quite soft with all the rain so wasn’t to bad. Stopped for a cuppa and could quite easily have gone to sleep in the sun. Bit of an improvement on last 2 trips 3 halfpenny 2 Victoria, bit of something with decoration on it, at a guess furniture decoration, what looks like a drawer pull but lead so not sure, and a few modern artefacts. Think today and tomorrow may be the calm before the storm coming over the weekend so make the most of it.
