One last hunt at my “Field of Dreams,” and it truly lived up to the name. I spent 4 enjoyable hours detecting in a warm 57° January day, which is rare for this time of year. The highlights were two silver coins pulled from the same hole — a 1953 Roosevelt dime, and just one inch deeper, a 1935 Washington quarter. I also added a 1948 Roosevelt dime, four Wheat pennies, and four copper coins to the pouch. All finds were made using the Nokta Legend with the LG30 coil, making this final hunt one to remember.
