HR POLICY  

Our Policy in Human Resources is

 

to employ highly-qualified people with the experience and knowledge  required to perform their duties.

to provide all our employees with the opportunities to train and improve themselves to best suit their job and abilities.

to develop the workplace into an atmosphere of motivation and communication where the employees can show their creativity and express themselves more freely.

to avoid hiring any personnel under the age of 15 to work in our company in accordance with the Labor Laws.

to avoid employing anyone to work forcibly or without their consent.

to respect the employees’ right to leave their workplace at the end of the day.

to respect the emloyees’ right to resign from the company when informed months in advanced.

to have a collective and administrative policy that will develop the responsible consciousness and boost the efficiency of our employees.

to provide one day off following every six days of work

to respect our emloyees’ personal lives

to determine a salary(no less than the minimum wage) and to consider market rates and purchasing power that will meet the basic needs when planning the salary of the employees, and to notify our employees of their monthly earnings  and tax deductions with a detailed salary statement.

to provide our employees with a hygienic atmosphere and to take the neessary precautions against any injuries or accidents in the workplace,giving training about  health and security and guaranteeing  access to clean, drinkable water.

to ensure that no worker shall be treated in a different manner  or exposed to any psychological or physical pressure due to his ethnic origin, sex, religion, race, financial status, nationality, sexual preference, political views or membership in a club or organization practicing legally.

to avoid applying the above mentioned biases when hiring someone, determining one’s salary, allowing the use of the company’s facilities, or establishing the terms and conditions of one’s retirement and pension

to ensure that no employee will be humiliated or disgraced in the workplace nor experienced any kind of violence either mentally or phsically as a means of correction.

to notify, in a clear and simple way, all the employees of the consequences in case of failure to obey the rules in the workplace.

to make sure that the new employees understand all the terms of our policy in human resources by means of given training and feedback .
